I am using RestSharp to facilitate the call to the SalesForce API, and I know for a fact it works because in the Module file I am able to fetch the data that I need. You are passing the header wrong it should be like. To get the Access Token you need to run the Login API.

I also tried to catch this error, get refresh token and send a request again with refreshed token, but nothing changed.
