Samsung is rolling out its new flagship Galaxy phone on Feb 21st, 2016 in Barcelona, Spain, according to the Samsung.com.
Most probably Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge are expected to
be released on this day. So we have less than three weeks to go for the next version of the Galaxy to be unveiled. It Seems like some things stay same for the Samsung as during the start of the year 2015 we were also waiting for Galaxy S6 release.
According to the sources, Next Galaxy will be available for pre-order in between 21st Feb to March 3rd and will be available for the sale in March.
It is true that Galaxy S6 was one of the best phones Samsung has ever created. It was a considerable improvement from its forerunner S5. And continuing the tradition of excellence, Galaxy S7 is also expected to be a significantly improved version of Galaxy S6.
With advanced features and specifications, no doubt, Galaxy S7 will prove to be the next best product of the Samsung.
So what will be the specifications and features of Galaxy S7, let’s have a look;
Design
Galaxy S7 will be similar in design like S6 but will have a slight change. The screen of New Galaxy will be more durable and will have IP68 feature, dust and water proof. The body is built with a different kind of metal. It will have 2K Super AMOLED screen. The display size of Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge will be 5.1 and 5.5. ”
According to the rumors, Samsung’s next release after
these two would be S7 Edge Plus, having a screen size of 5.7
with 2K resolution.
Memory
Galaxy S7 will be capable of supporting 2TB (terabyte) of micro
SD card. There will not be a USB-C chip. Instead, a micro SD slot will be there. Samsung has improved its micro SD technology, though.
Camera
Front Camera will be of 5 megapixels. A 12 Megapixel Back camera with BRITICEL technology.
Back camera will have unique features like better shots in low light, instant auto focus feature and clarity and brightness increase.
Battery
The 3000mAH nonremovable battery will let you have 17 hours
of continuous video playback with full brightness. There is a rumor from China that there will be some liquid cooling phenomena in Galaxy S7, which will act against overheating and battery drain for better performance and operation.
Charging
The most exciting feature of Galaxy S7 will be its wireless
ss charging function, yes, you will need no wire for the charging your S7. It comes with fast charging technology that lets you have 100% charging in about 100 minutes.
Fingerprint sensor will be an important feature for better security/protection in Galaxy S7.
On top of all, the Galaxy S7 will have Android’s latest version Marshmallow 6.0.1 on it.
According to the analysts, Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge price would be as much as its predecessor S6, around $650 or so for 32GB built-in memory version.
